Radio St. Lucia Company Ltd. is a limited liability company wholly owned by the Government of Saint Lucia and incorporated under the Companies Act, 1996. The Board of Directors (minimum three and maximum ten) is appointed by the Minister for Information and Broadcasting acting on behalf of the Government of Saint Lucia.
